Shipping & Returns
At the completion of your order you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order details, we will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
Goods are normally dispatched within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email after your goods are dispatched and provide tracking information when available.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING VIA AUSPOST // AUD $30.00 FLAT RATE
International shipments are made via AusPost Globalmail service. This service ships internationally via the AusPost and then delivers to your door via your local postal network. We will provide you with a AusPost tracking number 1-2 days after your shipment has been dispatched.
In some countries you may also be able to use your tracking number to track via your local post website.
New Zealand: 3-5 working days
Asia Pacific: 5-10 working days
Western Europe: 5-12 working days
USA, Canada & Middle East: 5-12 working days
Rest of World: 5-12 working days
Please note that shipping costs do not include overseas taxes, duties or tariffs, these will be payable by the customer.

Please note that to accept returns we ask the following:
Contact us via email at the earliest convenience prior returning the product
The item is still in a sale - able condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, and the item is unworn, unused and as sold) within 14 days of the original dispatch date
It was purchased within the last 30 days
Unless the product is faulty, all additional postage costs for returning items will be charged at the customer’s expense.
Allow up to 21 working day for this exchange process.
We are not responsible for any loss or missing parcels so make sure you assign a tracking number when returning your exchange.
Please Note; Cipolla reserves the right to deem what is exchangeable and proof of purchase is always required. Shipping will be charged as per shipping charge rates for Australian and international exchange orders. We do not exchange or refund Sh+ & DRINK PURE products.
